Widely cited, comprehensive and flexible profiling assay to characterise novel DUB-binding ligands to establish their potency and selectivity
DUBprofiler™ is based on a robust ubiquitin-rhodamine(110)-glycine enzymatic assay, comprising a panel of DUB enzymes representative of the entire human DUB family. DUB-binding ligands can be rapidly screened to establish their potency and selectivity of inhibition of DUB enzyme selectivity.
The assay is highly scalable and flexible, allowing from 1 to 1000s of compounds to be screened at any combination of DUBs on the panel. Compounds can be screened at either single concentrations or across standard 8-point half-log concentration-effect curves where IC50 determinations are required.
